Great interview guys, thanks! I have a question about Controlled foreign companies (CFC) rules, if the SVP, the company, the foundation, hold co etc is in the UAE but you the owner are a UK resident, from my understanding with CFC rules, the company is still liable to taxes from the UK depending on the CFC rules. What's the policy in such a case?
