To keep my sanity I touch on news but don't go into depth because I can feel what it's about.And this keeps me from being negatively affected by it. I have found that these catalyzing events that move us into another state of mind are opportunities in disguise. They are like physical symptoms are to underlying conditions within human anatomy. Using all the wonderful wisdom and energetic awareness from the multiple sources mentioned I've found that the revision technique is truly a game changer in combination with reprogrammed words, or basically redirection of the charges that were invisible currents that energized these catalyzing individual thing's and completely (with pure focused intent that is in the greatest good of all) optimizing the shift in consciousness each time these things occur.if that makes sense. I know it's complex and can be simplified but I am just trying to make the connection highlighted here in relationships with this topic and how I've used daily this as a practical redirection of energy and real time results occur in the micro and macrocosm.

More so to this, is like sending healing energy beyond get well soon, but fully envisioned wellness now, those energetic transferences have the capability to completely recalibrate any other conditions that are not harmonious because of the power of unconditional love and the core of all creation and the magnifying pull to get back to the root individual and as a whole. That's something that already has been documented with earth and it's vibrations and increased frequency that automatically is uplifting all earth inhabitants to meet it rather than the other way around. I love the acknowledgment of all of the beings that are encountered throughout the dimensions and how they fit into our experience and expectations of our mind. I believe that if we desire release from these lessons and sometimes intrusions that we must heal the multitude of vulnerabilities in our energetic matrix and call back to us all of those soul fragments left behind from trauma, fear, and false beliefs of unworthiness. Definitely make sure you are eating enough EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids via fish, krill, or algae oil. Makes LOADS of difference in the day to day in all functions and facets.

Took me a long time to get used to theo, Bashar and kryon. So, more a case of not love at first sight😊feel or click...therefore im always there..except the sundays...unles its a topic its active now in my journey...and since all the themes are active now, with solar eclipse hence shadow work full force...i gladly hear and use the pearls of wisdom😁as i say to others i can say to myself...nina, get over yourself..rise above it...😂 So, yesz, had to learn in awekening to take matter not so serious and use humor more to make things lighter. Close your eyes and meditate while you listen. You will realise that their message is literally from another world. I used to think they were just words until I realised that I was interacting with the words in the wrong way. Close your eyes and let them speak to your heart. It’s a life changing experience when it finally connects. May take several attempts but one day it will connect and you will experience the magic of Quo’s words

I feel like although negative information serves as a catalyst for us at times, that many of us on this journey, may be coming more into our empathic nature and therefore are touched deeply by the negativity of some of this information we receive. I know that for me, I have to be geared up enough energetically to separate the deep feelings felt in my own energy before I can listen to some tragic things. So, for me, it is not toxic positivity at all but more so being aware of the state of my own energy and how much negativity I can take at any given time. 💕✨️

Was dealing with this issue this evening and feeling sorry for myself. Could feel my entire energy do a downward shift as I contemplated the injustice of it all. Staying aware and owning the grunge part was a revelation because in the past I would have blamed others or my environment. Staying conscious through this rough patch, allowed me to hit bottom more quickly and ascend to a higher vibe while still appreciating the inner work which was quite intense.

What helped me is to realize how the covid virus impacted me. Just this past week i realized i had judged my sister with my own resistance. So i now know how to realease this to the light. To let go of the virus’ long haul over my energy and physical body. I listened to this teaching before going to bed. I dreamed of a traumatic event of childhood and in the dream there was some sort of combat with an entity to finally release the tight grip of a negative something or darkness to be free of the trauma. Once again dear light brother thank you for being here with your teachings ❤

YES! Use the negstive entity"event" as a catalyst: They will try to POKE at your traumas/inner-wounds in need of balance, ONLY YOU can do the inner work to balance it out as if you keep reacting/getting triggered/, you FEED them energetically which then amplifies their presences in your life : From simple "verbal"/low frequency verbal abuse [also using familiar voices such as family or not so friendly acquaintances] to litteral physical reality disturbances [moving object in your room and potential spirit apparitions]. Just know that you are enought, you are worthy, whatever occured in the past was at a certain point of consciousness and didnt include BOTH extreme polarities of perceptions and meanings - and finally, source/god/universe has your back, so move towards healing with that assistance along with other spirit guides. As soon as you ground your concept of self and self worth, those entities will f@ck off ~ potentially coming back from time to time to TEST/reinforce that new state.

My favorite part( and there were many) is the detaching of entities. A friend of mine who is psychic identifies them and pulls them from me and grounds herself by touching trees. I sometimes remove them by lying down and imagining myself flooded with a white light, seeing them come out of my feet and fingers and going into the ground. I am not angry with them.I ask them to please go And that the earth will welcome them. This was one of my favorite Q'uo channelings!

This one was pretty in-depth. I need to listen to this one again. Between negative and something attached. Because we have freewill, and listening to many other writers, changeling and ect. Is it possible for those such things our souls wanting or need to experience as well? No 2 souls alike, so each experience is unique, just as a thought similar but not the same. Therefore, a general answer can't be given. That's the theme. Need to be the one asking personally on some of these questions. Definitely a better explanation given for each question. All of us who've been attracted watching/listening to all spiritual themed items, know what is happening to us, there is an answer , Money and health if have lack of either your pretty screwed. So here we all are must know inside that we are NOT here to live an entire lifetime in such a way. Yes experience this and that but not live it fully. Unless there is some sort of agreement made prior to coming here. But being here listening to all of this must be realizing we are never limited and that side of things is to end. To find our own way to this freedom. Hard to text by phone in these formats..lol. Need to listen again. Very interesting

The thing that i stuggle with is the battles of light and dark energies here on the planet, but if i was to believe that outside this earth experience the battle of light and dark also goes on , then i have lost hope of love, peace, no conflict, and a just being that i want to be , a simple life , causing no harm, just a vibration . I have to believe there is a home , a nothingness . Peace somewhere.

I know how you feel. The theme of the Law of One is that eventually the dark cannot help but return to the light because it finally understands that it cannot move forward without embracing co-operation. It just doesn't happen in our density, 3rd, but in 6th. Think of it as this: rather than being coerced into working with the light, it is allowed to follow its own path until it hits the logical conclusion that it must return to the light, of its own free will. True light will never override free will (which in the long run, I am thankful for!).

Another great channeling from Q'uo! Right in alignment with everything I've been experiencing recently and happy that I did deal with each circumstance pretty darn close to how Q'uo suggested to look upon these things. It's kind of cool when you're trying to help someone else deal with something they're going through, and the language of Q'uo or the law of one material just flows out of your being naturally. And then you think back how you handled a certain situation, and it was right in line with advice they would give. Really cool feeling! I feel that each soul is here to have a unique experience . Who are we to judge another’s ways or choices? Could it be they have a different purpose than those looking at the “outside” illusion. Must all do this ascension the same way, could their focus on an inner level be serving the all in another way? Unconditional love , to serve with our unique strengths that may look different from another’s. Judgment is just that seeing others through your filters and because it is different it is deemed “ wrong” Is there any wrong way? Or only different experiences for each to have. Love and let live - live and let love - unconditionally

I know I have lots of abundance but my life career as a self made person, I in a limbo. I ask for guidance and clear signs to help me understand my course. Today is April 8th 2024. In my recurring dreams I see myself afraid because I don’t have my life in place and stable. Then I understand that stability, home, belonging, wealth is within myself.

In negative situations -news, people, situations I try to come from a Jesus place I guess try to se it for what is is send love & light. I try to not keep it separate but bless it as it is not separate I believe there is a reason for it being how it is. I trust why we see it the way we see it & try not to label it good, bad , negative or positive etc I show gratitude & love towards it. Whst would Jesus do or say? I think about that

Agreed, but we shouldn't search for negativity, as long as our intention is to grow spiritually darkness will be revealed nevertheless as stepping blocks, we can only keep a positive attitude trusting that they're appearing so we may learn from them.
