Dr joe thanks so much for this exercise.My calf muscles will always get tired after a long walk and sometimes even became painful.However after much rest the pain will go off and calf will be ok .Just check which exercises will be best for me to strengthen my calf muscles?

Calf exercises such as calf raises are good, you can also tie a elastic band on your forefoot, then push down with your forefoot, to strengthen the calf

Dr joe您好,本人左邊小腿坐超過15分鐘和睡眠時.或企得來,小腿都很痛,要企一陣才減輕痛,但行路又唔痛,我係由小腿抽筋引發出來的痛,初初係小腿緊,拉完筋之後(不知是否拉傷咗)而引起痛,麻煩Dr 替我解答疑難,感謝你🙏

其實這是腰椎神經線受壓的病徵,當你活動一陣神經線就放鬆一點。所以要檢查腰椎是否狹窄。

這條片的運動是伸展,不是用來鍛鍊。如果一邊比較弱,應該先慢慢增加重量,不要突然加倍訓練,避免整傷。
