Really? It seems to me like the court is not ego driven enough to demand he not wear something when they know it’s him. He’s also wearing a shirt and pants, and people used to be held in contempt of court for not wearing a suit, as a sign of “disrespect to the court” Things change, standards change, it’s 2024, and there are hundreds if cameras following him from the courthouse back to his home.

It went all the way to the Supreme Court in US vs White Cadillac. Yes, that is the name of the case. Not sure why the judge isn’t using that case to seize his car, but it is Seattle and they are soft on crime. This idiot will be out doing the same thing in no time and then the mom can be charged as an accessory to the crime.

Update: July 3, 2024 - SEATTLE - A judge issued a bench warrant Wednesday for Miles Hudson, the so-called "Belltown Hellcat" driver, after he failed to appear in court. Hudson, 20, was supposed to appear in court Wednesday afternoon to enter a plea on charges of stalking, harassment and allegedly sending an explicit video of an ex-girlfriend, but he never appeared.

Is there some law against wearing a mask and sunglasses. If a defendant wants to show up like that, it is their right, but as much as there is a claim justice is blind, judges and juries are not.

I'm in court regularly for trials and hearings. Judges here don't even allow baseball caps to be worn in court. This guy is in court with his face fully covered. Why'd the judge allow that? How do they even know who is really in court? And to top it off, she imposes an apparent unenforceable fine that can't be collected. This is clown court.

GoFundMe can easily be traced and considered income by both the state and federal government. I know someone that had one to cover funeral costs and they had to declare it as income and pay taxes on it. Any kind of income from social media can also be traced, so his online accounts can be monitored too.
