I got q50 3.7. My fan keeps blowing no matter the engine is running or not. Cool or hot. I got the code p117a. Do u think i change my module or do i change coolant temprature sensor. Can u tell how did u find oyt it was the module and not anything els. What problems u faced before realising u had problen

The fan kept running. Changed the fan module. No more problem. I did not get a code. Start with the module. It’s cheap and easy

always 🔥🔥🔥 content brotha. Anything special done to your intakes other than the Z1 tubes? And how do you feel about the tomei cap considering the price, thumbs up or down on that.

Just intake tubes and aFe filters. I like the tomei cap. It looks really nice actually and it’s heavy duty, but would I typically spend $40 on an oil cap because it looks cool? Hell no.

Hey man love the vids. So I want to go with the fast intentions exhaust system but some guy told me it's not worth it unless I'm getting it tuned... Well I can always tune it later on I don't think I necessarily HAVE to get a tune right this moment. Obviously I won't get the full potential without it but I can still install and exhaust system without a tune. I don't think he knows what he's talking about. What you think?

You’ll be fine with the exhaust system. It’s when you do test pipes that you’ll really want a tune. You might notice a slight loss in torque with a catback but you won’t get a check engine light or anything.

I'm not an electrical expert, but the simple answer is you just need to break the circuit, so disconnecting the negative terminal is all it takes. It's like a loop. If you break the loop, now power is flowing.

Payton Fixed it just listen for weird noises. Check oil. Let it get hot when you test drive it to make sure fans work and it stays within temp. Look for leaks. I’d the main things check out, these are pretty solid cats.

In a closed system with constant volume, as pressure increases the temperature goes down. Is dat a tomei daahhh?

lol sorry man! But seriously, you can buy all the pieces for my setup for less than $400 and you shouldn't have a problem fitting it to a G37. You'd just want to be sure the borla had enough clearance from the driveshaft.

No--fan module was the problem lol. That's why it was replaced in this video. It's a common premature failure in the Q50. No issues since replacement--about 2 years now.
