Scat have a 6.2 V8 engine w/ 485 hp, 475lb/ft torque... it's twice displacement of Q50 3.0 turbo w/ 300 hp... Q50 Redsport have 400hp and from the looks of the front facia/bumper... it's a regular Q50 not even Redsport.. so it's either 3.0 turbo 300hp or 3.7 non turbo w/ 327hp...

Thats weird, my 392 drags q50’s at a roll. Off the launch yall got about half a car then i put 2-3 car lengths on yuh. Ive raced my buddies multiple times, switched drivers and tried again it made no difference. You have a slight advantage being awd off the line but you can keep up with the torque the v8 produces

I wouldn't even waste my premium gas on a race like this. I was offered the same race: my awd hemi magnum vs a q50 awd. I said nope because my magnum is 345hp 5 speed trans 4393lbs vs q50, which is 304-328hp 7 speed trans 3748lbs. My friend has a 370 with the same powertrain combo and rwd- and it smokes almost everything. Hp vs trans vs weight, it's a waste of gas no matter how much hp the charger has.

Haha get rid of those skinny ass factory tires on the scat and it's a different ball game friends. The skinny ass tires have given people a false sense of what the scat can really do. The first 60 feet make all the difference. I would have been roughly 2 cars in front with no spinning. I consistently destroy 5.0s, yes 10 speeds as well from a dig. Now up top the 5.0s can pull me in some but by then it's too late. Wider tires on your scat is one of the most ignored upgrades that should really be your first, over cold air intakes and such.

For all my fellow Nissan / Infiniti lovers out there, I do the same thing to R/T chargers with my VC turbo Altima.My wifes 2.5 2019 tuned and exhaust Altima will beat up on 5.7 dodge trucks and durangos. Nissan's Infinitis are slept on cars. And for all you smart asses I don't have any problems with my CVT transmissions.
