First you had it wired at green/white, but thats brake signal. Green is parking light which from the video of you driving its On solid along with parking light.

Parking light? We believe green/white is DRL, and green is brake

Great job! Until I watched this video, I thought that I needed to put a diffuser on top of the standard one. In fact, the stock needs to be removed. Did you use 3M and bolts?

Hey I just ordered my diffuser but a different one. Did you have to do any drilling with your diffuser or does it just clamp on along with double sided tape?

It doesn’t clamp on nor does it require drilling, I wouldnt take off the oem diffuser tbh, I’d try just taping it on top should be good that way

We accidentally wired it to the turn signal wire (forgot which color it was)

Can you have the lights on and still have them as brake lights to flash or only one light on ?

Definitely! If you connect all wires you should get that strobe once you press on the brake, in this case we just wanted it to stay on 24/7 without strobe

Got the same one) Can you tell me how you fixed the diffuser on top around the perimeter? Did you use tape that was already pasted on diffuser?

No we bought some extra hold tape just to be safe, I think 30lbs rated

Might not be necessary you can install over the stock diffuser too, but a flat head will probably work best

I may have done this wrong, I got the Southbay led diffuser and just slide the diffuser right over the oem one.💀 Still worked perfectly fine but this feels more right lol.
