No matter how many times I watch this video I can’t get enough of watching it. I love watching it over and over. It’s exciting every time. The 1980s is my favorite part of the video. I hope to fly Qantas one day and visit Australia some day.

What I love most about this safety vid is how everything evolved as decades passed (for example, the music, the filming styles, aircrafts, uniforms, colours and sooo much more)... 😍😍😍

They featured the 747! Which is my favorite aircraft. I flew two of their 747s in 2019. Qantas was amazing. They even gave me a private tour of the aircraft, seated me in the upper deck for landing and let me tour the cockpit after. I enjoyed it so much that I filmed the entire experience 😁

I was in the flight with Victor QF38 (@5:05 , 3/3/2020) where we had to turned back to Singapore, he was the one that made the pager call to the captain about the mechanical malfunction while we were in the air. Thank you Victor! Sure is Qantas took care of our safety and our wellbeing even waiting for the next flight out to Melbourne!

It's not just any safety video, but it's also a mini documentary showing the history of Qantas throughout the years from the Roaring 20s, to the Golden age, to the Modern day. Also, when "I still call Australia home" plays, the aircraft in the background shows a 787 instead of the previous 747 in older ads to make this throwback commercial more modern.
