As far as I know, here is one of the conditions mentioned, if you are going to go to Qatar, i.e., The visitor should have a valid residence permit card issued by any GCC country (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia or UAE). The GCC residence permit should be valid for at least six months from arrival. Therefore, you can travel but your family can go till the border and will be provided exit by the Saudi officials, however, they won't be provided entry to Qatar by the Qatari officials. @@SaharAgha we went on Apr 14th , at qatar border immigration they asked for exit reentry visa paper , iquama and original passport. You should take your absher paper print out having details of expiration and profession. They accept only card for visa payments.Make sure you have visa or master card. Debit card they told not working. Then I gave credit card. Minimum 3 months iquama validity enough.All set and we left.
