My honest opinion: I beleive, there will never ever be another closing ritual that can beat this one. Five warriors and each an everyone of them is telling his story. These fireworks with this insane stage feels like these warriors are unleashing fury upon us. Very well done Q-Dance.

I was vibing, filming some and just enjoying in literally the very middle (between the 3rd row of speaker poles). When I heard "YES YES, HERE WE GO" my heart stopped for a sec, none of us were prepared for that in the very end. It was my first Defqon, and for sure not my last!

this year was a really emotional year for me. i met online friends that matter so fucking much to me, met new people, and overall this year was fucking incredible. the tears flowed once again, i cannot fucking wait to be back again next year. i'll see you all next year 🧡💛🖤

When Embrace the Dark came up I lost my mind. I heard it in the Theatre and I did not expect it to come up in the Endshow.

No one was ready for left-right dance at the closing show but it was so cool, actually Defqon 1 has definitely the best synchronised fireworks show in all world festivals, i didn't see a similar even at EDC or TML.

Q-dance usually has their shit together. Not only with fireworks but most of their facillities as well. My first Defqon1 i went to was in 2009 and when with most festivals it takes at least 30 to 45 mins to get in i was on the beach at Almere strand within 5 mins after joining the que.

I usually go to both TML and Defqon each summer. Defqon does have the best fireworks, hands down. As I've read elsewhere I think they invented it as well. Out of the two (not counting EDC where I haven't been) TML is hands down the best state of the art festival in every other way. Except for the music ofc ;-)

@@hekansi It’s about music preference. I have more fun at Defqon, but Tomorrowland got better food, better crowd management, better stage designs, better decorations. I have been 5 times to Defqon and going to my 8th TML in two weeks

Beautiful closing to Defqon 2024! That new Ghost Stories track is insanely well-produced and sounds like a movie score/cinematic masterpiece! Evelyn’s vocals also gave me goosebumps… TOTY level stuff from DBSTF x Evelyn as expected and something different from previous years! Another amazing RED showcase with this stage 🙏🏽🧡

I will never forget this left right moment. Standing together with my friends and screaming like "What the fuck is happening, holy shit!", laughing and just enjoying this very moment. Absolutey incredible. From start to finish, from the gathering to the closing, Qdance delivered. Like always. What an experience again!

At home, with my mobile phone and earphones connected, I am watching the closing ritual of Defqon.1 2024. I don't know why, but I am shedding tears and feeling emotional. The desire to attend Defqon.1 is growing stronger. Hopefully, I'll get to go to my first Defqon.1 soon!

all jokes aside. I have never ever ever seen a production like this in my life. The way it makes me feel just watching it makes me burst into tears. I love this so much, QDANCE is on a complete different level to any other event out there. I will be coming next year with my sister, and I will experience this.

This was my 10th defqon. The last part where a single firework comes out of each warrior as their light goes out was absolute cinema. Whoever came up with that deserves a raise. Absolute perfection qdance 👏👏

Wow they REALLY done their homework this year Stage design and firework design, Lightshow, music selection - everything to the point. For example the souls leaving the figures bodies. With Love for the details. Definitely Some creative minds behind that props!!! I’m soo sad I couldn’t be there.
