My samosas became very hard.. it was rock hard when I was frying them. I'd made my dough very nicely.. could you guess what the problem might be?

assalamoalaikum mam....i will make these samose in ramadan in sha allah. ...i need a tip mam...can we freeze these samose before frying....or how should we freeze so that we can fry and eat in iftar whenever we want...??? pls rep

Salika Khan I always freeze prior to the freezing step always works just make sure they don't stick together while freezing try to keep baking sheets between to separate layers

Hi Ayesha Moonis- Thank you so much, 3 medium sized Onions I used in beef samosa filling about 225 grams or 1/2 pound. How many samosas in 1lb of beef filling? I would say 30 to 40 samosas you can make easily
