草莓巧克力
食材：
半糖巧克力块：⅔杯
白巧克力块：⅓杯
草莓：250g
步骤：
1. 250克草莓洗净，用纸擦干。
2. 一个小锅中倒一杯开水，用中低火继续加热，然后把2/3 杯半糖巧克力块倒在一个碗中，把放巧克力的碗架在小锅上，注意碗底不要挨着开水，这样用蒸汽一边加热一边用小勺搅拌，直到巧克力完全融化。
3. 然后将碗取下，在其中放10颗巧克力块，继续搅拌至巧克力融化，这样一会儿巧克力外衣有光泽。
4. 把草莓放入巧克力酱中均匀裹上一层巧克力。然后放在烘焙纸上以防粘连。等待完全凝固，大约2小时。
5. 将白巧克力也用之前的方法融化，用刀子沾上白巧克力轻轻洒几道作装饰。
Chocolate covered strawberries:
Ingredients:
Semi-sweet chocolate chips: ⅔ cup
White chocolate chips: ⅓ cup
Strawberries: ½ pound
Instruction:
1. 250g strawberries washed and dried with a paper towel.
2. Use Double boiler method to melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Make sure the bowl does not touch the hot water. Stir chocolate constantly until the chocolate is smooth.
3. Take the bowl off the stove, and add 10 pieces of chocolate chips in the bowl, and keep stirring until everything is melted and silky. This step will make the coating shining.
4. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and coat evenly. Place the strawberries on a parchment paper to avoid stickiness. Wait till completely
5. Use the same method to melt the white chocolate. Drip a few lines of melted white chocolate with a knife on the chocolate covered strawberries as decoration.
