Qigong for Depression | Beginners Qigong for the Lungs & Lung Meridian
Having been through psychosis and many episodes of depression and anxiety, I can tell you from experience what a powerful tool Qi Gong really is. In this routine we use the Traditional Chinese Medicine notion that depression resides in the lungs. We do exercises that clear this stagnant Chi from the lungs and lung meridian, and strengthen the lung Chi to prevent further bouts of depression.
