Qigong for Depression | Beginners Qigong for the Lungs & Lung Meridian
Having been through psychosis and many episodes of depression and anxiety, I can tell you from experience what a powerful tool Qi Gong really is. In this routine we use the Traditional Chinese Medicine notion that depression resides in the lungs. We do exercises that clear this stagnant Chi from the lungs and lung meridian, and strengthen the lung Chi to prevent further bouts of depression.

Qigong is my new passion. I suffered from neck and shoulders pain since last couple years and yoga was my rescue, but recently I was having problem with balance and emotional issues. My family doctor was trying his best but I find qigong that really help me to bring my life back to normal in my 74 years young body. I feel much better and stronger. I got my balance back....still small issues but I am super happy and grateful that I am finding on KZfaq passionate people like you. I am so proud of myself that I don’t buy describe antidepressants but I look for qigong and really recovered mentally and physically. Be blessed forever and always and please stay motivated because you are one of the most wonderful healers. 💞❣🥰🙏

I really love Nick Loffree, and am thrilled to have discovered him. He is personable, very knowledgeable, has great technique, and is an excellent teacher. He reminds me of one of the top Qigong masters online, and I wonder if Nick trained with him. I love every routine he offers. Guess I’ll have to subscribe, not only for his excellent videos, but also to support him.

Omg I needed this so much, I've been struggling with depression for apparently years, and this month started a low dose SSRI. Your voice is very calm, empathetic, grounding, steady. I found this practice very calming and uplifting. I need to visit Sedona now! I'm an instant subscriber and will probably do this practice many times until I find my way off medication and able to create enough serotonin on my own. This I can tell is a great place to start. Thank you for sharing your instruction with us ❤️

so glad I found your channel, I've been diving deep into your videos for weeks now. complementing my breath & meditation practice. being calm is the way forward for me personally. and qigong does that for me. 20-30min do wonders already

I saw your interview with Layo. I've also been through drug induced psychosis, still trying to recover. My most uncomfortable symptoms at the moment are depersonalisation/derealisation. Is this something you also experienced? Were you able to overcome it?

Gosh, I can’t think of any teachers who teach in Portugese, but maybe if you searched KZfaq? Or you could try turning the captions to a different language on KZfaq, but the translation might be funny…
