This is the Mindful Exercise/Practicing 8 Movement Shaolin Qigong Baduanjin Day 01.
We filmed this video through Zoom at Blue Cliff Monastery, from 6 Day Plum Village International Family Retreat Online ( July 28 - August 02, 2020). That 's why , the quality of video not high.

I never knew I needed something like this and was thinking why are people crying after they do it? But I literally just cried after my first attempt, been trying to leave the real world behind and set intention to my own inner healing and have come across your channel!! If that isn’t proof of manifesting I don’t know what is because never in my life would I believe I needed this in my life, my back is so sore and I have a fractured collar bone and chronic tinitus at age 29 so this has helped so much!!!! As someone who tends to forget to breath and who tends to have very shallow breath, Qi gong is a good exercise to remind myself, or at least take a moment in my day, to breath properly and get enough oxygen. I am very grateful for these videos!

I am practicing Qogong every day with your lessons and each time I see something new in the moviment. My postures are getting better and the movements easier! And today you said something about breathing; it went to a new level of concentration! Thank you again for you kindness and friendship!!

Im new doing this but love it so much. I started 1 year ago but interrupted due my swollen legs and ankle. Ive noticed when standing for long time not moving, my legs and ankles became very swollen. Actually I forgot to mention that have problem circulation. Otherwise, I saw best improvements to my upper back. Thank you very much🙏

Thank you for the amazing qigong session. For massaging stomach movement, do women put their right hand on top of the left hand (because of the yin and yang)? I missed this part.

Dear Friend, for the women, you can put your right palm on the belly, and left palm outside, and on the top of right palm. ( means do opposite of the Men) . Yes, in this way will keep balance energies. Thank you for joining us..

Hi I’m gonna start this when I have time but I remember you said I could lose a lot of weight like this and stay fit and healthy with just this? I do weight lifting and cardio but will this help me to? Also what are the benefits doing this everyday?
