If you have 3 eggs, make this delicious cake roll at home! Melt in your mouth! Very soft and creamy
📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
40ml (3 tbsp) Milk
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
50g (6 tbsp) Cake flour
3 Eggs
2g Lemon juice
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
100g Mascarpone cheese
38g (3 tbsp) Sugar
250g (1 cup) Whipping cream
cake pan size 28x28cm
170°C (340°F) bake for 25 minutes
refrigerate at least for 1 hour

Thank you so much, I've always sucked at baking but it came out so perfect this time it was amazing, I only added a little less sugar and cream cheese instead of mascapone other than that changed nothing, used the fan option, everyone liked it so much!

Hi thanks for sharing this wonderful no leavening recipe My cake is soft and moist it baked for just 12 min (if 30 min maybe over baked) I also added vanilla and salt Great result so far

I cooked it just now. I must say I'm not very good at cooking but this cake made me feel like a pro:d. Its very easy to make and cake is very bendable it did not break at all while i roll it :)

@@Its.Ciannayes yes parchment paper is a must in this it i feel like bc of the heat of the pan or depth of it or maybe bc butter does not make it that less sticky and leaves a bit of residue on the pan but bc its a thin and delicate cake it ruins it 😢 but worry not taste is great , great enough to my mum to let me in kitchen again so i hope you can try it again but definitely with parchment paper at least with 2 of them 😃👍

S.: Today I ve done the cupcakes with this recipe, but using kefir instead of milk. Then added a few pieces of choc and - they got light and fluffy. Oh, I am so glad! 🌞 Thanks so much🌞🌞 P. P. S.: Emm🤔, well - I've kept my cupcakes in the fridge for a couple hours soaking them before it. After that I tried the cupcakes and felt that they became deflated and shrunken.😬 Well...next time I'll think twice before making them in that way again🤔... But the sponge roll I did last time was great as I said. Thanks😊

В СССР такие рулеты часто делали в каждом доме, в каждой квартире. Тогда у нас не было специальной вощёной бумаги, поэтому заворачивали рулет с помощью влажной марли. Тоже хорошо заворачивается.

Самый идеальный способ бисквита , когда мука добавляется к молоку с маслом и тогда кладут желтки и впоследствии добавляют взбитые белки с лимоном ! БРАВО ! Сохраню себе в блокнотик ! вы - лучшие .Видела такой способ у карейцев в кафе где они сами пекут чудесные десерты !!!!
