@@jmz1736 two years late, but if you (and anyone else) are still wondering, her saying she's 'on the turn' is in reference to the fact that Sandi's lesbian, but that she was so taken by Trevor's singing she might have been starting to question whether she could be attracted to men or not. It's just a nice joke that Trevor was so hot in that moment he could have turned her straight.

Should have been a klaxon when they sang "for the sake of Auld Lang syne" because the original wording (as I am repeatedly told by my father) does not include "for the sake of" it is just "for auld lang syne."
