Hi there! It's a bit hard to help out on KZfaq comments but basically in the software, on the left there is a Keymap tab, click on that. Basically you pick the key you want mapped on the top keyboard layout, and on the keyboard layout under it you pick what function. The case itself should slowly flatten the PCB as you use it (according to QK). I did take out all the switches and re-did them in the order the online manual recommends but I don't think it made much of a difference. I think we just gotta wait and overtime it'll straighten out!

I've also seen people use plate forks, if you have a 3d printer you can make your own, if not I'd just try to snap the plate in place

@@siamesedrm Hey there! I haven't taken the board out from my case for a while now so I can't say for certain, but just from using it it seems to be flatter. Did you try taking your switches out and redoing it already? I feel like that actually helps even if it's not immediately obvious.
