i like ruffian and i like villain. when im at an event i dont care whos mc. afterwards some things seem annoying indeed, for example villain not stopping to talk during the lyrics of "release" haha sometimes the mcs are talking a lot of stupid things, but i think thats what its all about: having fun, not giving a damn and loving life...;D

I didn't know that the first time a SZP track was played at Qlimax was in 2014, literally in his second year of official releases (at the time Thomas had 18 years old and Nigel 17).

Lazers was stunning, the best light show ever. But i miss story(chapters) and makeup which represented Qlimax. Best theme for me was the Shaman theme in 2009.

+GHDoncewrack There was nothing wrong with shaman as a theme the big problem was how it was executed that year was shockingly bad compared to for ex 2006 and 2008 before. 2009 stage wasnt grand enough barely any displays the floor was soo compact that year it just didnt felt big. the sound quality and placement of the sound was very strange and wasnt good the kick took over almost every track wicth melodies and that never happend before or after that year so for me its shocking how people can say 2009 was great seriously im very picky i love qlimax but thats the fact. all in all 2009 was a BIG downgrade in overall quality. 2014 was fantastic but i agree i want them to go back to make up artists and the story chapters the best ex is 2006 that was the overall best qlimax ever its still my favourite of all.

+Fernando C no no omfg sorry qlimax 2009 the best ??? omfg no 2009 was the worst qlimax year ever qlimax 2006 2008 wa 1000 times better even last years edition was in another league compared to 2009 . there was nothing wrong in shaman as a theme but the result was shocking compared to previous year in quality there was barely any displays 2009 the sound in gelredome was placed very wrong that year . the floor was too tight and compact it just didnt feel grand thats fact people who visited 2006 2008 should know what im talking about. u must be kiddin me.

Is it just me or does hardstyle suck now? I hate almost all of the new tracks from 2014/2015 and the songs I occasionally like are remixes of older tracks. Some of the newer tracks can barely be labeled as hardstyle. Maybe it's just me...

It's not just you. The new "fans" are mainly the problem, because they encourage and promote this softer style in mainstream media, effectively destroying the underground appeal hardstyle once had. Don't get me wrong, they can like this style if they want - but they shouldn't claim it to be HARDstyle :) In memory of the dude who called Frontliner - Rollin' too nustyle. :D
