I am a Rangers fan... Just want to say I am with you guys... When Gerrard and his team ,which Beale was a part of, left us mid season, I felt the same way. Fortunately we had a manger who came in on short notice who got us to a European final. However I think it is poor how this was handled and is a sad reflection of football more broadly. Football clubs absolutely do the same in reverse too. I share the views of some of the other posters where I wish your team the best of luck for the rest of the year and I hope you can can bounce higher from here and get promotion.

@@hoopsanddreamsQPR Rangers fan here but it is a big mistake by a young manager to say this stuff publicly because you never know what could happen and itll make you look silly. He shouldve learned that lesson as Gerrard made similar comments when asked about the Newcastle job last year and went to Villa a month later. He went into an international break going on about how imnportant it is the players come back fully fit as there is a cup semi final & crucial european game immediately after the break and nothing is more important than those games......he was unveiled at Villa 2 days later. Im still bitter about it a year later so can understand how you guys feel

Nice comment. I don't think he will ever be as welcome back at Loftus Road! There is another clip of Beale circulating now from 7th November of him saying he will be at QPR all season. If he knew he'd always go to Rangers if the chance arose why come out with all these shady statements? Not a good look for him going forward, some players may not trust him as much.

Good video lads - earned a sub! Listen let him go - its no good having your manager linked with every big job that becomes available. As was said we were here before him and we'll be here long after him. Yes its a shame but if you look objectively we've lost a manager with 4 months experience. We took a gamble and so are Glasgow Rangers. C'mon you Rs

I think football fans have a tendency to oversimplify these things. Both things can be true at once. He can feel a loyalty to QPR & the project there in the face of an approach from Wolves, while also coveting the top job at a club he has a clear affinity for. I read what he said as saying at the time as he wasn’t going to walk out on QPR just for an opportunity to manage any club in the EPL (the accepted prime goal for most). He was only going to leave QPR for a special role as he was dedicated to the project there. For Beale, Rangers is that special role and it’s simply unfortunate timing optically that the role came up so soon after that statement.

I was concerned that as a 'newbie' manager he was not taking decisions quickly enough, and a good example was countering the high press adopted by many clubs against us. Beale had no plan B and was way too slow bringing in change from the bench in order to influence play.
@derekhagan6309

He comes across now as a flaky character, without integrity, loyalty and honesty whatsoever. I think he's gone for a pay rise, and a less intense competition. Of course there's intensity at Rangers, but second place and European football is a guarantee every season almost regardless of who the manager is. He won't lose 4 out of 5 league games at Rangers like at QPR, they've lost 9 in 3 and a half seasons ! Even if he is a success at Rangers, none of the top 6 or 7 Premier league clubs will come in for him, be the likes of the mid to bottom end teams anyway, so in terns of his managerial career, looks like a backward step if he'd seen the season out and we'd finished top 10, think most of us would say, decent job, and if a peem club came sniffing he'd be off. If he's after any of our players, their price has just quadrupled!

I very much doubt QPR were going to sack him, just because we had a blip by only managing a point from three games. Most clubs have blips from time to time, especially in our league where anyone can beat anyone else. As for Les, I'd imagine him and the rest of the board are absolutely fuming.

Disappointing & lacking in integrity & obviously loyalty. I hope Beale`s time in Glasgow is a disaster. He used QPR as a stepping stone. I said before his appointment, he talks alot, which is why the media like him, he raised awareness. The board have to take responsibility again - Beale said he was ambitious. I myself could make QPR great again. I agree an appointment is urgent.
