Thanks for the podcast lads. We 0:18 really are into squeaky bum time now ! Would be so happy with 3 points Friday feel it’s such a crucial game. Hopefully be 4 points better off by Monday evening 🤞🏼 . COYR’s !!!

Like I said in the Sunderland preview:- that game was not as crucial as the Home game against Birmingham. IF we get a win it would put us 4 points clear of Birmingham, a draw would not be any good for us considering the last 4 games we have. So here is hoping we can win this one. COYRS!!!!

It just takes the pressure off games to come doesn't it, we'd be far from safe, but beating Birmingham gives us some breathing space.

I’m sure this has been said before,but watching us is like death by a thousand cuts.Wot a goal by Jimmy Dunne,got to be PoTS ,found ourselves probably the best RB in the division.

Hi lads! against Sunder land should have stuffed them, Armstrong needs to learn to get on his left foot, leaves himself to much of an angle! The Birmingham game is a must win,even with Rowett they will struggle! Fancy us to win this one! Rrss 3 v 0 Blues. URrrss!

That's a good point, Armstrong does tend to end up too wide due to breaking down the channels. Something they need to work on is how he can manipulate a better shooting position. I hope your optimism is rewarded this time Tony!!

We need to play our best team at the onset including..... Armstrong, Chair. Willock, Cook,Field,......otherwise we could we wobbling at the start

Our strongest 11 is a match for any team and as I said in the show we aren't losing many games. We just need to maintain our level.

Rowett or not I think we are strong enough to win against Birmingham especially at home and given it's a six pointer its one we really do need to win, and if we then get a point away at Swansea it will ease the pressure off a bit. That said the bottom of the Championship is so tight anything can happen, like you say just really need to go into the Leeds and Coventry games not needing any points to stay up, but reckon it could easily pan out like that. Been impressed with Frey so far from what I've seen, I'm sure he's going to make a telling contribution in the run in.

Agree on Frey, it feels like he is still working his way back to full match fitness and sharpness. Hadn't played much in the past 6 months prior to joining us, hopefully the break has further helped him get up to speed as we need his goals.

@@jamesnmQPR I feel he's a much better option than Dykes, even if he's building his way up to full fitness at the moment!

I think we will get 4 points out of the next 2 games think we beat Birmingham and draw against Swansea i know Birmingham got a new manager but they been poor lately hope we just with Armstrong up front this time was disappointing not to see him start against Sunderland saw he scored in the under 21 for Ireland so think he be the most confident striker we got at the moment

Frey got 2 against Arsenal in that friendly so both him and Armstrong should come in with some confidence. We just need to score early, get the crowd behind us and go from there. The longer it stays 0-0 I can sense frustration setting in and it could be a long afternoon. Hopefully not!

Why has Gary Rowett taken over Birmingham right before they play us 😆 The last thing we need is a new manager bounce from them! That being said they're not a good side so we really should be beating them at home, but it's obviously not going to be as strait forward as that knowing us...I'm so nervous about this one, it's gonna be a really tight & nervy affair! We have a knack of starting poorly at Loftus Rd and we cannot start this game like we did against Rotherham, we have to come out the blocks strong and get an early goal because it would calm the whole place down which is what we desperately need at home

Exactly that - normally a team would want to play at home against a team in as bad a form as Birmingham... but this is QPR and the home form remains our achilles heel. Sell out crowd too makes me nervous, the pressure is on.
