Gorgeous look! One tip for the ends: instead of using an elastic band, as you finish your twist, turn it back to 3 strands and finish the end as braids instead 🙂, they look fabulous and there won’t be rubber rubbing on the hairs. Edit: wow, thanks for the likes guys. I really appreciate it 💕.

@@gvsync you’re very welcome. If you still want to have that twist out look at the end, as you approach the end of the twists, do a 2 or 3 lap braiding the back to twists to finish it up. No one will notice that it was briefly braided at the end 😊

Now if I can find a hairstylist that will give FULL (by full I mean actually wash your hair and condition it etc. without them expecting you to do part of they job and still charge you full price) excellent service like her, then I will gladly start going back to the salon. She did an awesome job, parts are extremely neat and hair is healthy!

I have been back natural for over 10 years and I just did your tip to add the lock gel on my roots and then the cream ( I didn't do the Shine). Thank you for the simple tip on what to do! My twists not only seemed neater when I was doing them, but this morning when I took one down it was still moisturized and actually really defined still. This came out really nice. I’ve been twisting my 12 year olds hair for a little over a month now and you have given me the key to make it look more fresh because it looks dry when I’m done - cute but dry. I was only using a leave in conditioner and a twisting product. I’m hyping myself up now about to go pick up your products and do it tonight 🤞🏽 it come out looking half as nice as your client’s did.

I loved this. One thing I am sad about though is when I was little my sister taught me how to do single braids but she taught me to go 'over' instead of 'under'! Whenever my son asked me to do his hair I dreaded it! But that's when his hair was shorter now his hair has grown it would sit properly but he goes to a girl that does a really good job! It's too time consuming for me! You've done a brilliant job and his hair looks really nice. Thanks for sharing 😘 👍🏻

For some reason I thought ken had Extensions. Look at you go ken.. males always have good texture hair coming from a braider myself
