２０２４年３月２０日に町田市で行われた、第３回　HITTING SPORTS PROJECTの動画です。HITTING　SPORTSには、IBMAキックボクシング、HITTINGクラス、IBMA極真クラス、HITTING STICKクラスがあります。ただし、HITTING STICKクラスは、まだ実施していません。
プロジェクト動画にはIBMAキックボクシングとIBMA極真のみを編集した動画もあります。
This is a video of the 3rd HITTING SPORTS PROJECT held in Machida City on March 20, 2024. HITTING SPORTS includes IBMA kickboxing, HITTING class, IBMA Kyokushin class, and HITTING STICK class. However, the HITTING STICK class has not been held yet.

IBMAキックボクシングクラスはポイント制です。ポイント制においては、防具を使ったヒッティングスタイル（拓心武道スタイル）もグローブを使ったIBMAキックボクシングも共通項が出てきます。それは「間合い」と「機会」を制することです。そういう観点では、今回の交流会の参加者はほとんどが１４歳以下の少年たちでしたが、感覚的に「間合い」と「機会」を理解していたように見えました。その顕著な例に、相手がわずかに前に出るのに応じて、自らもわずかにバックステップで間合いを調節していました。大きく退くのは良くありませんが、自他の「間合い」を絶えず把握し生かす。この間合いの操作が格闘技では重要です。この操作は、見えない心理的な間合いの操作の面もあります。打撃技武術は、ただ前に出るだけではダメなのです。相手との間合いと呼吸を読み、勝機（勝つ縁）と出会う瞬間を捉え、我がものとすることが重要です。
今後、HITTING SPORTSは短棒（STICK）を使った競技を実施する予定です。この武器を使った競技を行えば、より「間合い」と「機会」の重要性が理解できるようになるでしょう。
このことを「拓心武道」では、「制心」「制機」「制力」というキーワードで伝えます。
HITTING競技は、全ての人が打撃技の攻防スキルを体験により体得できるよう、防具を用いますが、スキルのある人に対しては、胴防具を使わないクラスも設けます。

This operation also has the aspect of invisible psychological manipulation. In martial arts, it is not enough to just step forward. It is important to read the distance and breathing of your opponent, seize the moment when you encounter a chance of winning, and make it your own.
In the future, HITTING SPORTS plans to hold competitions using short sticks (STICK). If you participate in a competition using this weapon, you will be able to understand the importance of “Maai'' and “opportunity.''
