With extensive use of the ram mount x-grip phone mount I finally got my hands on a Quadlock system. I break down the Quadlock phone mount system vs the X-grip from Ram mount and break down the pros and cons of both. I want to help people decide which one is best for them and debunk the rumors about both of these phone mount systems. Which phone system is best for adventure motorcycle trips and rides.

Yes super glue them was going too say that. I did have one come off after glued. But yes. Every single part on that is replaceable....but I use the rubber band too. Just cause I have a top of the line phone and use my phone as gps with GAIA. Yes I know dork in the road. Lives in Oregon. Good guy. Congrats on winning. Never once have it won any drawings on you tube.

I refuse to go for quad lock because i run a heavy duty case with a kickstand and have come to rely on that feature

Why you getting the zumo? Get the Garmin Montana 700i! It's an awesome waterproof navigation unit and a satellite communicator all in one. Literally kills 2 birds with one stone.

I have the mini outreach and Zumo xt. I prefer the bigger screen and features of the Zumo over a handheld type device. I just use it for motorcycles.

@@MobMoto what are you talking about?? The Montana 700i is the same size screen as the zumo xt...

@@swexplorer Zumo xt has a bigger screen, you can look it up for yourself. The 700i is a handheld device.
