This video is awesome!!! It troubleshot the problem I had not feeding pellets. This saved me a lot of money and did not have to call a tech. Thank you so much for making this!!!!! You are awesome yourself!! and I might add it works now without me spending a dime!!

Holly will you work for me at 607 pellet stoves?

One cycle is as far as my Santa Fe will go. It's a 2005 build control box was replaced in 2008 with appears same model . Once and awhile the blue light will blink the number the actuator is set at. But then it won't for awhile on starts until bam it blinks. The red Call light comes on Cycles begin auger feeds pellets seems just fine. Green light comes on pellets begin another feed. Then continue feed slowly . Red thermocouple light comes on after a few minutes convection blower starts . Feed frequency will slow or almost stop at this point as flames begin to dissipate. As flames leave box and convection fan blows for about 10 minutes this will very some but doesn't change is once the cycle is complete . Auger slows to eventually feeding no pellets. Convection blower continues until flame is no longer visible. Will blow another 5 min or so and stops. There is no more burn blower and no more pellets being fed. Temperature is still 25 degrees lower than I want. Red light stays on. Pushing reset button will start the whole cycle once again. Or you can turn heat off then back on at thermostat and unit will run a single cycle. Chamber doesn't over heat flame burns steady 6 inches over fire pot. I purchased used . I replaced several parts that appeared to be original except control box. I got new snap discs all 3 a new thermocouple, ceramic cover for this, a new vacuum switch and hose, installed an outside air kit. Running vent up 7 feet then straight out at a 20 degree angle out almost 4 ft out past eave. So what do I need a new control box? It all looks fine nothing has blown and as I said it runs through a cycle just fine but the blower motor cuts off suddenly ,auger stops . Yet red and green light remain on until #2 snap disc snaps and the green light goes off. What year did they improve the control box? If mine is bad is there a resistor I should run down . I have most trouble shooting devices as I build computers. Anyone have advice?

i have the same like this pelet stove and l have a problem my stove shut off time to time by her self,i keep it very cleen regulary,clean it every day every day the same like u showing in this video some time the blower stop and the stove shut down after i push the reset bottom and start working i fed up from this stove,l can not count on it,but l used all the time and now have a problem the store hier in saint jerome said u have to replace the blower and is not easy to fined it do u thing this the problem? or what? can u help me please$ and to get the parts too please thank u

Why would anyone make a pellet stove where you have to move plates to adjust the feed & blower? That would suck having to do that every time you wanted to make an adjustment.

Any suggestions? I am on week number 4 of trying to figure out why this stove keeps leaking smoke. My pipes are all sealed and I have checked everything repeatedly. I have used a black light to find the smoke and still no luck. We run the stove on the main floor and when we go to bed the whole upstairs reaks of smoke. I am going to pull both large and small heat exchangers and see if this corrects the problem. This is my second pellet stove in the past twenty years and I have run wood stoves all my life. This is not my first rodeo!

hi was been waching your video for few times to tell u then l have the same stove palet like the one in your video my pelet stove shut down any time stop completely all all all like is no electricity cold working no stop at all for one ,two days or more ,but when i stop it to cleane it and put it on after,now could work for 10 or 30 minutes and full stiop nothing working waiting for 10 minutes and put the reset again ,to worke and can make this operation for 2,or more times is very strange ,no one techniocien hier know what could be the problem ollready 2 technicien came ,nothing nothing just to tell u i change the:thermo couple,the convection motor and the snap disc for the convectuion blower change the blower the one hoo send the air ouside of the house how and what i should to do can u help please? thank u
