Printed using Ceramic Crown on Pro 55s using crown kit: actual print time 9 minutes.
30 seconds spray wash and 6 minute cure. So total manufacturing time: 15 minutes
Designed in exocad- total design time was under 10 minutes for the quadrant
Nesting time: 5 minutes and thankfully it was all working smoothly.
Bonding: preparing the inlays: sandblast-silane- ashesive (no cure)
Tooth- selective etch- Adhese Universal (thin and cure) -Variolink Esthetic LC
Billing- $3000
Appointment Time- 2.5 hrs
Struggles and time useres- deep margin isolation with Rubber dam-- the gram has to eat.
