Thanks to Richard Isom we found these videos recorded by Quadro Hotteterre for Dutch Tv in 1979. more to follow....QH in its original formation with Kees Boeke and Walter van Hauwe - recorders, Wouter Möller - cello and Bob van Asperen - harpsichord.

As far as I know ivory and ebony made by Coolsma in Utrecht who made these recorders.Not plastic.

either ebony or grenadilla. I also noticed that one of the closeups revealed that the middle section was pulled out very slightly for tuning. The camera view on performance recordings doesn't often go in that close to notice.

@@Harambe2016 not always the case. It depends on the tree! I have seen Grenadilla recorders in dark brown with black streaks to ones completely black. Also, even dark brown ones in low light as in this video can appear black.

Obviamente discípulos de Bruggen, lo copiaban hasta en la forma de cruzarse de piernas y de colocar la flauta prácticamente recta paralela al cuerpo, la espalda encorvada y la cabeza hacia a abajo, cuando las normas indican que debe sostenerse en un ángulo determinado, separada unos 30 cm del cuerpo, mantener la cabeza recta, e inclusive otros hoy día la colocan casi paralela al suelo. En fin, cada maestrito con su librito, lo que no obsta para que toquen de manera excelente Van Hauwe y cía.
