I didn't know who to cheer for. Both players have numbers in their name so you know they are good.

Same) My fav players are ZeRo4, b100.death and evil, and two of them meet here. I knew that evil is stronger at the moment tho.

ZeRo4 is just out of evil's league. Evil simply start fooling around at Cure.. ZeRo4 is an awesome player of the past, not present.

the jungle is full of dead beings that underestimated old tigers. couldn't spot any fooling of evil on cure and since he hasn'T won quakecon i highly doubt that he underestimated z4 even for a second. can't remember against whom, but z4 pulled out an incredible comeback on [one of the new maps, cant remember the name since i dont play anymore]

@@Pintkonan Amazing comment. Evil would not have picked up the win if he had underestimated "old" Zero4 not even for a second. Thresh, Makaveli and Zero4 are the holy trinity of Quake players (and if you get Cooler together with them, you get the four horsemen)

Evil was far more "lucky" with LG than usual. Sometimes, he was just in good position for LG, sometimes it was accidental. Few moments changed the outcome of this Finals. For 20 years, there were always roughly top 10 players, all equal. It was always about maps, spawns, little bit of luck, and few errors that decided who is the champ.
