I mean one is the F2 champ and one is a 19 yr old with a seat his dad purchased. Nolan won lmp2 le man. Can’t take that away from him but yea Theo is a different pedigree at this stage, that’s for sure

I root for Romain too but for guy at his age and his experience level he has a ton of DNFs. It’s just a fact. Romain has 13 DNFs from 54 IndyCar races. A whopping 24% DNF rate. He needs to put more full race distance under his belt and score points. That’s all JHR needs at this point. If they can beat Foyt and compete with MSR that’s a solid season for them and the bosses will be happy

@@f1marc2424 stop with theses stupid arguments, this season many drivers had more crash and DNF than Grosjean. If Indycar did its job properly, Grosjean would have finished 5th on the track of Detroit, but... Lundgaard sent him into the wall. Grosjean have better results than Canapino, and these last race he hasn't made any mistakes. Stop being stuck in the past.

look at Romains IndyCar career. 54 races 13 DNFs - 24% DNF rate, 6 DNFs from 17 races last season in 2023 35% DNF rate. I am Grosjean fan btw! But the numbers don’t lie my friend. There’s no argument, just plain facts.

They'd save a hundredth or two by staying straight out of the final corner after the checkered flag. No need to cut across to set up for the next turn. (Edit) *EXACTLY* like Rossi did at the end of round 2.

@GoatedAtNFS nah there's nothing to worry about when IndyCar goes to Fox in terms of commmentary. Kevin Lee T Bell and Hinch will all be on Fox. The only things to worry about is how pre race will be and production.

Sorry but I’ll just keep asking it for every video, why does it take so long for the time to appear on the screen after the car crosses the timing line?!?! Is it a deliberate attempt by the broadcaster to create suspense, is the technology average, what’s the reason? It’s just SO bizarre!!

Yes apparently Golf and US Olympic trials are more important to NBC over IndyCar. Heck they won't even have the finish of the IMSA race at Watkins Glen on TV.
