سرکاری اسکولوں میں کوئی تو ایسا mechanism ہونا چاہیے جس سے کسی استاد کا مکمل پتہ ہو کہ وہ عام روٹین میں سکول میں کیا کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔ صرف کسی MEA یا AEO کے وزٹ کے وقت ہی اپنا رویہ محبت بھرا رکھنے اور باقی دنوں میں بدتمیزانہ رویہ رکھنا جیسے سکول ان کی ذاتی ملکیت ہو جبکہ سکول ہر اس بچے اور ٹیچر کا ہے جو اس سکول میں آتا ہے۔ ایم اے کسی بھی مضمون میں کیا ہو یہ اعلٰی تعلیم ہے اور ہر ایم اے پاس کرنے والا حقوق العباد سے بخوبی واقف ہوتا ہے البتہ میں نے ایسے ٹیچر دیکھے ہیں جن کو سکول میں بھرتی تو بچوں کو تعلیم دلوانے کے لیئے کیا جاتا ہے لیکن وہ دوسرے ٹیچرز کو ذہنی اذیت دینے میں مگن ہو جاتے ہیں۔ خصوصی طور پر کم عمر اور اچھے اخلاق والا ان کا آسان ہدف ہوتا ہے۔ یقین مانیں اگر آپ ان کے تعلیمی رزلٹ کارڈ دیکھیں تو عموما میٹرک سے بی اے تک یہ انگریزی جیسے اہم مضمون میں بمشکل پاس ہوئے ہوتے ہیں۔ ان کے ناروا سلوک سے اگر کوئی ڈیپرشن میں چلا جائے یا کوئی اور مسئلہ ہو جائے انہوں نے ایک روپیہ بھی اس بندہ پر نہیں لگانا۔ ان کم ظرفوں پر بھی کوئی check & balance ہونا چاہیے۔
