Quality Corrections in the Nimbus 2000 | Do You Deserve a Replacement?

Today's video has been a long time coming. Many months ago I received a Nimbus 2000 from Cinereplica. The quality was not what I was expecting and was truly disappointed with the item. I sent photos and videos of all the defects the broom had and they agreed it was poor quality. I finally received my replacement and the comparison is unreal. Some people don't know what to look for when they purchase items like this so please take a look and if you have a Cinereplica Nimbus 200o you should examine it and determine if you have a good quality or bad quality broom.

Thank you for the kind words. I just know people work very hard for their money and I don't want anyone being taking advantage of because they don't like speaking up or hate confrontation.

You are awesome with all your offers to be voice to help… hope not too many need your voice. You are so busy already. I would have kept the first one because my level of perfection is not as high as yours I think. I mean I just store and display my stuff differently, and you are more conservative and mindful of the worth of your collection. Very happy you got a great replacement✨

Thank you for this video. After the first review of the broom, it did put me off ordering anything from this company, so its nice to know that they do respond positively to complaints and that the first broom was not representative of their normal standards.

OMG!! I started collecting about 6 months ago. My nimbus came in Dec. and mine has basically the same problems as yours! Im so disappointed because I just didn’t know it should have looked any different until I saw your video! I just emailed them with video and pics of mine and I really hope it’s not too late for them to correct mine

It didn't last long. They aren't sending out replacements anymore. They are claiming Brexit. Which is weird. They are telling people they can send them back or get a 20% refund of the purchase price.

Same! Its crazy how different they can be. I hope everyone checks theirs and complains if it isn't great quality. They shouldn't be sending people crap for that amount of money.

Good that they replaced it and yes we all should get what we paid for. This video inspires us collectors… They didnt take back the old one? Wow! Can i have it for xmas?!😍🥰

They didn't. They let me keep it but I gave it to a friend. I think mine was beyond defective and not worth the cost of mailing it back. I know that right now they are giving some people 20% refunds of the purchase price if its not ton of defects. That's still something and everyone could use some extra money for more collectibles lo.

I'm so happy you contacted them about the first broom. Do you think maybe they had/have more than one manufacturing site? Forthe price you would think they would have a quality inspection before shipping. I bought a Room Of Requirement sign on Etsy last year and it was horrible. It cost $25 plus shipping, and it looks like something from the dollar store. I think you have given me courage to contact them.👏👏👏

Its absolutely insane how big of a difference it is. I'm not sure how they can justify that.
