it takes too long to proc it has to be used in an odd way to pull off very avoidable compared to the other 2

@@trobtx3538 Yeah, I was just curious, bcs at 11:15 for example, when senna and Cait were under tower the zoning of E-W would have been much better then throwing a slow skillshot at them. But yeah, even when I played it felt rather underwhelming.

It' s main problen is that it has a massive delay. You need to account for the projectile speed, the arm time, the fact that it can be blocked by minions, and that it may just fizzle it the enemy dashes too far away.
