It's not lego, it's made by a company called Cobi, and it's 8,000 pieces, not 13,000. It has been released in cooperation with Bovington tank museum, the current custodians of tiger 131, the only running tiger 1.

This appears to be someone who has worked on the real thing enough that they can assemble one without any blueprints. Total admiration for someone who has such attention to the detail.

This set is made for that. You can't do anything else with it. And there was definitely a blueprint for it.

It’s a $600-700 kit at 1/16 scale IIRC. Cobi is the manufacturer. They make ships, planes, tanks etc. this is their largest kit. Most of their tank kits are around $50-100 USD.

I wanted to get this kit, but it’s around $6-700 USD, are where would I keep a $6-700 “LEGO” brick tank that my kids won’t destroy and loose the pieces. Company is called Cobi, they make ships, planes and tanks. This is their largest and most expensive the 131 that is.
