They hopefully do not plan to live in that house permanently and not more than a couple of days in winter otherwise, it will end badly with mold and rotting wood in the walls. Judging by the forest type it can get quite cold there in winter, and there is no insulation to mention on walls and roof. The House frame is built with fresh-cut wood which will contract when drying leaving wide gaps between wall lumber and bending/twisting the whole house. The absence of any moisture management with air barriers and ventilation is astonishing. The heating of this thing demands a lot of resources whatever the heating system is. If it is a wood stove then I hope they collected a pile of firewood in the size of the house itself to get through winter and they will heat this house working in shifts. I did not see them taping the windows inside and outside, I hope they know that foam is not airtight. Overall this is an instruction video on how you do not build a house in the 21st century. The sad thing is that they could have built a much better year-round living house of the same size with half of that material and work.
