if you look at the opening clip, the back of house is not solid rock, possible landslide after heavy downpour.

The most important part in any building is its foundations, and just scratching the earth and placing rocks and pouting concrete on top are not foundations that will last

地基是应该找挖掘机挖深点再做就好了，可能土是老土没动过，是实的。底楼防潮做的不错，这种方式。还有河边没做护坡，要提前搞不然滑坡了就麻烦。做混凝土现浇斜屋面更好点，木头的不耐用。
