In classic CrossFit style we are coming together for one weekend to compete in The Quarantine Games, an online competition where the winners have a cash prize donated to the Box of their choice. This will be a 3 WOD online competition with 4 divisions and workouts designed to be performed at home with only a single dumbbell and the space to wield it.
Rx Standards
WOD 2
14min AMRAP
20 Goblet Squats 50/35
20 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks (alternate every 5 reps) 50/35
20 Sit-ups
WOD 2 Standards:
Goblet Squats: Dumbbell is held in the standard goblet position. Hip crease must break below parallel and full extension must be shown at the top.
Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks: You must alternate every 5 reps, elbow must extend in the hang, you must hit the front rack position on every rep (no hang snatches), and you must show full extension at the top.
Sit-ups: You must touch the floor behind the head and the floor in front of the feet/shoelaces on every rep.
