In response to continued theatre closures, Full Circle Players presents series 3 of The Quarantine Monologues: VOICES. When we began this journey in mid March, we never thought we would need to continue into a series three, yet here we are. Series 3 presents the artists voice in spoken word and modern interpretations of classical pieces presented by artists all over the country.
3 Features Preston Helms: He says, " chose Sonnet 71 because of the unique plea from the writer to their beloved to move forward with their life. Even if that means to forget his own name! Talk about love. Now, it is perfectly healthy to mourn for the joy and memories of those who have passed on, whether in love or life. But when you choose to let it consume your soul, to the point when you're doing nothing but dwelling on them, that is when you're doing them and you a disservice by not living your best life. Life is too precious. To dwell in loss and grief is the death of hope. Let us learn from the joy and love of those who have passed on in our lives, and look forward with hope to what we can do now to improve our lives together on this earth."
