Remember three years back when I said the Hysteria remix of Quartz Quadrant sounded so much as if Spencer Nilsen (the US soundtrack composer) made a remix of the JP version in his style? Well, with this phenomenal guitar and the other brilliant extra additions, now I SERIOUSLY mean it! Definitely the best QQ remix EVER.

It does. Say, i hear 2 guitars in there, a Muted Electric and a Distortion Guitar. Which one did you do?

@@_derekh134 I did some the muted guitar and the distortion guitar, though some of the original fake muted guitar nico used still made it into the final, but it works quite well I think.

Are you not familiar? They have a few trailers up, each a few years old. They really like to take their sweet time with the game to make it perfect but the wait is starting to murder me for real ;~; That and this will both be worth the wait, like any truly great game

trust me. it's going to come out either late 2023 or early 2024. (not anymore, definitely not before 2025/2026) and honestly i don't care cause this is the best sonic fan game i've ever seen. It is worth the wait, even if it comes in two years.

How many years have I been watching over your content Nico, From those humble generation remixes to now. You dedicated so much time trying to copy the sound of others, and the last half a decade, trying to develop your own sound, seperate from all the influences. This style shows it's influences from Tee Lopes, but your own individuality shine through so brightly. We both have dreams of creating sequels to things others would call us unqualified for, in your case you've been developing this skill set for over a decade. This is my favorite track from you currently and it's banger levels are off the charts. I hope Sonic Mania 2 : aka Sonic Hysteria finds the success it deserves.

In Sonic CD, you can see a lot of machinery, maybe in Hysteria Eggman already took over plenty of the quartz, and now there's less?

@@powerONdelta The backgrond in the old version is an edited verison of the original, while this one has plenty more changes. Also, lore wise it makes sense to have less crystals. But yes, I like all the CD QQZ backgrounds
