I also don't know. I contacted qubo to ask them but they were also not sure. They told me it is used to protect camera from direct heat of sun. But when i peeled the film and stick on windshield the circular part in which a info was written "This side on screen" will be visible in camera rec. So i removed and installed camera directly.

Thanks for the reply. From last few days my dash cam keeps on giving the start sound every 2-3 mins. Not sure what is the issue and it is very annoying as during the whole journey it keeps on giving this switch on dash cam sound.

​@@darshanjainyt If it's Qubo Pro X, I have also faced the same. Got it replaced from Qubo but same problem in new unit. I think prob is with SD card. Which cars are you using?

Bhai aisa to nahi hona chaiye. Memory card kon sa use kr rhe ho? Amazon pe images mae dekho supported memory cards. Wahi h ki nahi. Nahi to phr app se customer support se baat krni padegi aapko.

The camera will promt "sd card corrupt" because when sd card gets full the camera automatically overwrites new rec over the oldest one. So no need to worry about sd card getting full. When due to some error camera doesn't do that then that ahove warning will be promt. Then it will ask to click power button to format sd card. Thus you never have to remove camera or sd card.

Yes you can. But you have to check. I have 2 cars in one it gets on and off automatically according to ignition whereas on other it remained ON, irrespective of ignition, maybe i guess in that the usb port had direct supply from battery and that might be my car's fault. But moreover Yes you can connect.

Kuch samjhe 8 saal se sirf 436 subscriber kyun hain? Thande dimaag se socho - baat kadvi kar raha hoon - magar samajh mein aa gayi toh apna faayda kar paaoge. Warna Isi tarah buri khabar magar sach bolne waale viewer par goli chalate rahoge. KZfaq mein yeh nahin important hain ki video ki quality kya. Important yeh hain ki aapki janakari kitni puri aur helpful hain.

I haven't faced any kind of issue. Kindly check the supported sd card model (not all sd card are supported) and also kindly check the power supply because the camera will only work properly when connected through 12v socket provided in box, if you directly connect to Usb port of car (via which android auto is connected), the camera will not work properly, i have tested this personally.

@@vivekjain4848 if someone wants great quality then one can opt for costlier version of dashcam or can fit gopro or even dslr. But for me under this budget its the best. And helped me in an accident also where a honda city driver in front of me applied sudden break and i hit him from behind. Then he asked me for money then i took out clip from dashcam and there it was clearly seen that the honda city's tail light were not working and he applied sudden breaks. Then behalf of that video i told him to go to police station for settlement or case. By seeing the video and finding his own mistake more, he fled.

Maybe. But considering the price and use case scenario, it is perfect for me. I just need proof of incident. And that could be easily visible.
