A very popular awning for someone on a low budget.It definitely is well worth the money in my opinion.I use it as a drive away awning for my peugeot Rifter mini camper conversion.Easy enough to erect using just two poles ,take a look and see what you think.

Will if you pull the shelter closer to ur car u car actually get ur tailgate inside the awning . Then u'll have a nice snuff fit.

Used ours for the first time last Thursday and it stood up to storm Ellen. A few design flaws, it needs four peg loops on the ground sheet at the centre. The large opening doesn't fit the velcro when the lines are tensioned, but for an £80 shelter it works well, but a sheltapod is better quality.

You can buy five of these for one sheltapod. It's like saying a Bentley is better quality than a Ford Mondeo. Ridiculous comment.

Thanks for the comment The yellow straps were purchased from my local pound store !! Think they are luggage straps??

Is there any particular reason you didn't encompass the rear door and have it all one unit..? Just wondering..?? I've a 2016 Transit Connect and looking for an extension to the rear of my van (with barn doors)... ??

That was the first M awning they brought out and seemed very tight on the tailgate of the Rifter. Quechua later upgraded it making the entrance slightly bigger so I now pitch it over the tailgate with no problem .Not sure if it would be ok for barn doors though.

Hi, do you think that's possible to open tailgate inside the awning? (I mean move the tent as close as possible to the car and keep the tailgate inside)

It would be a tight fit with the Rifter I know the new berlingos do Depends what vehicle you have ? 👍

@@willwalkleyoutdoors5347 I own a VW Caddy and was wondering the same thing. Could you give me some advice here? How high is the "entrance"? By entrance I mean the side that is "attached" to your tailgate. Thank you, cheers!
