the fact she found time to rehearse for a whole medley in the middle of a worldwide stadium tour is incredible. everything about this whole performance is just a masterclass. from the stage design to the setlist to the visuals to the vocals to the new choreo to the transitions to the costume changes to the use of space to the audience reaction... it's perfection. AND she was sick! 😭 bey really dominated 2016. the lemonade era is so special.

When I watched this performance I was 16 and it was not clear the message she brought in these songs (not because of her, but because of my lack of information and knowledge about the BLM cause) and even so I was enchanted and I knew that she was fighting for something there, I just didn't know exactly what it was. Today, at the age of 21, after learning and recognizing my white privilege and watching this performance, I feel chills and pride in how much she has been changing the lives of millions of people for the better. Nobody does it like her. She's the BIGGEST!!! God is God but Beyoncé is Beyoncé.
