Much respect, I am a native South Florida Kayak fisherman on a Hobie Revo 13, those King Mackerel go on CRAZY runs, especially when they first hit your bait, then when they see your kayak, this man is Free Hand with NO GLOVES, WOW!

This is how we fish in Jamaica, no fancy reels, or rods. Just a line and bait, we caught fish all day! It was only since I came to America that everyone is talking about buying a bunch equipment just to catch fish.

Thats how i grew up fishing, never usead a rod in my life, however when we do deep sea fishing we cut a bycycle tube to put around our fingers to prevent cutting
