Freddie Mercury what's the best of everything. Is singing was unmatched. Who produced just about every album before he died. Also engineered all the albums. The entire group were best friends. Even after he passed, the love they had for each other was amazing.

What are you talking about? Honestly, there is so much nonsense to unpack in your comments. Freddie produced/engineered all the albums? Rubbish. And as much as you’d like to think ‘Queen were all best friends’, it is patently untrue. They were known to fight bitterly when recording, and Brian was never particularly close with John.

I love this song by Brian May he wrote this song when he was in college. He was doing his astrophysics report and he went away and he was literally somewhere in nature, and he was thinking of writing another song to compare to night of the opera with the first track death on two legs that Freddie Mercury wrote, so he wanted to have a track on this album to kind of come off as aggressive, strong straight to the fucking point and he pretty much wrote tie your mother down Based off the other track of the last album so this song pretty much tells people they go fuck themselves and it’s pure genius and awesome so thank you Brian May for this awesome memory track. Queen will live on forever.

Brian states that he got the idea for the riff from a track called 'Morning Sun' by a band called The Taste feat. Rory Gallagher. The Hollywood Records (US) 1991 remix is my go-to version of 'Tie Your Mother Down'.
