Hi Melvin, it's actually weekly on Thursday. If you watch the video you'll see that I inserted a speech bubble with this info. They send payment automatically if that week you reached $10 minimum payment threshold.

No worries, have you submitted your proof of address, three months bank statement and proof of residence? that could be the last missing link. I can only guess on my side what could be the missing to get you verified, I strongly advise you go to a branch if possible to avoid longer delays and back and forth.

I have sent all the necessary documentation for fica and all was update.I visited my fnb branch and they where able to assist with opening an account and link my card on PayPal.I was then adviced to try to withdraw after registration on my fnb app but ever since I left the brand I have been facing the same problem. Went back for assistance again and they told me it's my PayPal account hence I can't continue with the registration🤦‍♀️ or linking PayPal to my fnb account.It's been back and forth of 6months while working online I'm about to give up and just leave my hard earned money just laying there.😭
