Hello everyone! FINALLY Im sharing how I color my whipped cream! Although I believe I showed it in one of my older videos too but many of you requested that I show how I color my cream lately so I am sharing it in this video! hi Eva! greetings from Indonesia. I have a problem that has been haunting me for so long. lol. so Ive been using dairy whipping cream because I like the taste better. the thing is, when I whip it to the right consistency then I try to add coloring like you do in the video, tiny chunks start to form and my cream loses its smoothness, especially if I need to adjust the color so I keep mixing and adding the coloring. its even harder when I have to use different colors. is there any tips when and how to add coloring to dairy whipping cream? thanks a lot!!

The only way is to add the food color before whipping it..whilst the cream is still liquid.
