Jackie- I'm 28 and just got my permit and license this year! I had a permit when I was 16, let it lapse and had too much anxiety about it until now. It's scary and a huge deal that everyone brushes off because it's so normal. Proud of you, girly!

honestly i think you guys should just keep the intro ❤ like “wake up and take a bit out of your morning toast” (chomp) is so iconic, and it reminds us all where the name the toast came from! plus morning time is so subjective, like TSwift said midnights become my afternoons so mornings are like 5 pm for me 😅 (coming from gen z toaster)

I love you girls so, so much, and God knows I would take several bullets for y’all, but you HAVE to land on a copy for the intro of the stories. 😩 I like to say it along while I’m listening to the episodes and the inconsistency is driving me mad. 😭 So here’s my suggestion, just replace the word “morning” with “daily” and BAM, you got it. 😙 “So without further ado do do do do, here are the five top stories that you need to know before you take a bite out of your daily toast. [SFX: Crunch sound]”. Or you can also say, “… before you take a sip out of your daily toast. [SFX: Clink sound]”. Hope you guys like my suggestion but weather you take it or not, please take us to the promise land already. 🙏🏼❤️

Claudiaaa, you have to listen to 30. It's a masterpiece, even though it isn't performing as well as her others numerically it is her most critically acclaimed of her career. My favorites are I Drink Wine, Love is a Game, and To Be Loved but it's so hard to pick.

Note to 3rd Dear Toasters: Tell your sis, obviously! And tell her to ask the Mom if she could purchase more educational games, cards, crafts etc. Your sis should not have the foot the bill, and it’s also hard to know what the Mom wants if she’s not telling your sis. It’s best if she is direct, because another nanny may not be as trustworthy or as fun as the one she currently has.

I think it’s kind of toxic to want to have kids to have a “mini me” …giving birth to a girl or boy doesn’t mean they’re going to be a little doll or clone of their parent. Kids are individuals and will grow up to be whomever and however they will be. Like Jackie said, you should think more about whether you want to just have another baby period, not whether you “want a girl” because, as we know, gender is a social construct that has nothing to do with the sex of your embryo.
