sgpork I know too many good singers singing OSTs but not all of them were named as OST QUEEN, only 5 of them were mentioned. Maybe they called them OST QUEENS based on how popular their OST was or based on it's achievements.

Rewatching this ep after watching the 2nd round episode with Lyn. I can't help but laugh at Baek Z Young's facial expression and her words: "wow you guys are terrible at this". It was so bad yet so funny. Baek Z Young was like "you can tell right when you hear her voice... listen to her vibrato?".
