Shit you're right, but then again Gunman does have similarities to the SONG Era Vulgaris (it's from the B-side). It's pointless to argue though as it is with every QOTSA album, Josh never repeats himself. So it will be something completely new.

HONESTLY, Villians is pretty awesome. My favorite QOTSA since the first three. Each song feels like it had a lot of attention payed to it. I can listen to the whole album and just be happy. I dont need to skip any songs. Fortress and Unreborn again are pretty bowey-tastic. Fantastic influence on the sound of the band.
