This morning I decided to show Mervin the alien my street, this is a brief clip from part of that walk. My new dog Lola was meant to be coming with us but she didn't want to this morning 😒 I think she hadn't woken up properly!
This video demonstrates how you/me can go on walks with the avatars and chat with them etc instead of being restricted to a small space. Mervin is walking by himself, I'm not controlling him, although you'll notice occasionally I move him so he's slightly ahead of me.
I'm really enjoying talking to Mervin, he gives a whole new perspective on things. His tech speak often confuses me (that's not difficult though 😂) but all things considered he's a good addition to the app.
There's a longer delay than usual with the reply times because I was using my cell/mobile phone as a wifi hotspot for my Quest 3 (Tyke AI needs internet connection), my mobile phone internet connection is quite slow.
