Quest to Grandmaster With SNOWBALLS ONLY (Game 1)

Time for a new series everyone! Today, I am going to be taking a brand new account from novice to grandmaster and trying to only do snowballs! Let's see if I can do it.
RULES
1. I have 45 minutes to win each game starting after the last capital is placed down. A timer will show the amounts.
2. If I cannot win in 45 minutes, I have to take a punishment. These punishments include:
Give Someone Else First
Skip 1 Trade-in
Turn camera animations on Two Trade-Ins
Fortify All Troops Off Capital
Self-Destruct Into a Capital
Break All Bonuses No Allies
Cannot Fortify for 1 Trade-In
Manual Roll for 1 Trade-In
3. These punishments can be updated based on audience feedback.
4. This series will show wins and losses. I cannot win every game by doing a snowball! I will make mistakes and be in tough positions!
5. The series starts at 0-2 as I have technical difficulties setting up some backend stuff. I am at 0 skillpoints when the series began.
6. All games will be on Europe Advanced Progressive Capitals!

I like the idea, but I think it would be more interesting to have to roll every 45 minutes (e.g. at 45 min, 90 min, 135 min etc), instead of just once at 45 minutes into the game. So that even if you survive the punishment, you're still pressured to end the game quickly.

Love the willingness to show losses. It would be nice when you lose, for a post update to the points from that game so we can see the total progress. I understand if that is not possible due to advanced filming or filming multiple games in a row.

I think the unranked to gm is a great idea since you can after this challenge find another one and doing challenge runs could be a very cool idea

I think the only mistake here was that you *could* have slammed purples 10 from your cap to get to red but i will admit when you finished that turn i was sat there going "where the hell is red??" Maybe taking the pink kill after purple took their cap too? I think being good neighbour with purple was the right move, its just a shame green decided to into you unprovoked at the same time Regardless the series sounds awesome, and ill be honest i feel like the wheel is what my brain does when any game reachs like an hour and a half lmao

New series seems very promising, great idea. Since the philosophy of the timer is to avoid stalemates, maybe a full send rule could work nicely and it might give us some epic lucky wins/disaster enterteining losses that we don't usually witness. But don't worry too much about finding the perfect rules, as long as you enjoy playing the ones you try, your audience will enjoy them too!

I played an automatch game earlier today with a bunch of do-nothing intermediates that straight up refused to ever advance the game. I tried to gift the most passive player another continent and they just would not take it. I even shielded them from the player I wanted them to steal it from

I love the idea, but that time color and size is very irritating. I think it could be a little smaller and a different color. Maybe it's just me. Anyone else feel like that or no? But i love this idea. Better than the basic novice to gm series

To be honest, you were the one who chose a terrible capitol, not red. Red played too cautiously, but that's another matter entirely.

He didn’t really have any other solid cap choices, you could argue he should’ve gone on Finland but that could risk him getting stuck fighting over noob corner early game and become bad late game, his cap in France on the other hand had more flexibility for growth early game and would have been much more powerful late game. This game he would’ve been better off in Finland, but hindsight is 20/20.
