Majority of Apartments do allow kids as long as you tell the landlord.

This video was published over a year ago. So much has changed since then. These days - 880 for a studio is nearly impossible.

There are apartments that allow small pets and there are apartments that donot allow pets at all.This apartment building does not allow pets at all.
